Physical Traits: Is a healthy size man wearing a blue overcoat, fedora, and most importantly, appears to have no face. It's a ~SPECIAL~mask that conceals his facial features and he can only be removed by a special spray gas he carries around.

Abilities: A+ investigative skills and good at cracking computer coding. Other than that, he's a normal human. Knows a bit of martial arts tho, so he can hold his own in a fight on his level. And drives over people with his car. Maybe he'll use Yukari's for that here.
